Strategic Procurement Analytics & Decision Intelligence

2-day programme · In person at SIPMM, Singapore

Executive Education

Transform fragmented procurement data into clear, confident commercial decisions

Procurement teams often hold extensive data across purchasing systems, invoices, contracts, supplier scorecards and market sources. Yet inconsistent classifications, fragmented records and poor data quality frequently prevent that information from guiding better decisions.

This practical two-day workshop shows participants how to convert procurement data into actionable commercial intelligence. Working with a realistic, deliberately imperfect dataset, participants will improve data quality, classify spend, identify value leakage, quantify opportunities, test scenarios and present decision-ready recommendations.

The workshop also explores responsible uses of artificial intelligence in spend classification, anomaly detection and document analysis — with a strong focus on analytical judgement, human validation and auditable decision-making rather than programming.
