Mr. Ezekiel William Leok

Valedictory Speech given during 2025 Graduation Ceremony

Good afternoon,

It is truly an honour and a privilege to stand here today as one of the Valedictorian for the graduating class of 2025.

Standing before you, I feel a deep sense of gratitude and pride — not just for myself, but for every one of us who has walked this journey together. On behalf of my fellow graduands, I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the SIPMM faculty and staff for your dedication, patience, and belief in us. Your guidance has not only helped us build knowledge, but also the confidence to apply it in the real world.

Looking back, this journey was not an easy one. Many of us juggled demanding jobs, family responsibilities, and personal challenges — all while keeping up with our coursework. There were moments of doubt, late nights filled with assignments, and countless cups of coffee. Yet, it was through these challenges that we discovered our resilience, our perseverance, and the strength that comes from pushing forward together.

What I’ll remember most are the moments that made this journey meaningful.

The lively conversations before class — sometimes about work, sometimes about life.

The laughter that echoed through our discussions.

The virtual calls that stretched late into the night as we tried to figure out one last question in our assignment.

The times we shared a simple Burger King meal before class, finding comfort and energy in each other’s company.

We were not just classmates — we became friends, teammates, and, in many ways, a second family.

Through this program, we’ve not only learned logistics and supply chain management, but we’ve also learned discipline, teamwork, empathy, and leadership. We discovered the importance of structure and strategy in our work — but more importantly, we learned the value of people and collaboration. These lessons will stay with us far beyond this hall today.

As we celebrate this proud milestone, let us also look ahead with courage and optimism.

This qualification is not just a certificate — it’s a reflection of every challenge we’ve overcome and every effort we’ve put in. It’s a reminder that we are capable of achieving even more. The world of logistics and supply chain is constantly evolving, and I have no doubt that each of us will go on to make a meaningful impact in our own way.

To my fellow graduands — this is not the end, but a new beginning.

Let’s continue to stay curious, stay humble, and never stop learning. Let’s carry forward the values we’ve built here at SIPMM — integrity, professionalism, and the spirit of continuous improvement.

And lastly, to our families, friends, and mentors — thank you. Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and your faith in us. You were our silent strength throughout this journey, and today’s achievement belongs to you just as much as it belongs to us.

Congratulations to the graduating class of 2025!

May we continue to shine, inspire, and lead wherever life takes us.

Thank you.
