Section 1 - Terms and Conditions

The membership of the professional body organisation of Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (SIPMM) is open to individuals who have a professional background in logistics, procurement, and/or supply chain management and meet the qualifications specified by SIPMM.

To apply for membership, individuals must complete the SIPMM membership application form and submit it along with the necessary supporting documents as specified in the form.

The SIPMM Membership Committee shall review all membership applications and determine whether to grant or deny membership based on the qualifications and criteria set forth by SIPMM. SIPMM reserves the right to deny membership to any applicant who does not meet the qualifications or who has been involved in unethical or professional misconduct.

Payment of Fees
The membership fees must be paid in full at the time of the application. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. SIPMM reserves the right to change the membership fees at any time.

Member Responsibilities
Members of SIPMM are required to abide by the SIPMM Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and to maintain professional standards of conduct and competence. Members are also required to participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain their membership.

Termination of Membership
SIPMM may terminate the membership of any member who violates the SIPMM Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice or who fails to maintain professional standards of conduct and competence.

Limitation of Liability
SIPMM shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the membership of SIPMM.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SIPMM is located.
