Executive Certificate in Contract Negotiation
This course equips students with the knowledge and practices of contract negotiation in an organisation. This specialised course comprises TWO modules: a digital module on Contract Negotiation Techniques (CNT) and a Skills Project on contract negotiation. The CNT module covers key topics on negotiation models, negotiation planning, negotiation strategies, interpersonal negotiation, and contract negotiation techniques. The Skills Project requires students to apply the online knowledge gained on CNT and work on a project for contract negotiation of an organisation.
