Sustainable Procurement & ESG Integration

2-day programme · In person at SIPMM, Singapore

Executive Education

Embed sustainability into sourcing decisions, supplier performance and contracts

Sustainability commitments create value only when they translate into practical procurement requirements, supplier decisions and contractual obligations. Procurement professionals must balance environmental, social and governance priorities with cost, quality, operational performance and supply resilience.

This practical two-day workshop equips participants to integrate sustainability throughout the procurement cycle. Guided by ISO 20400 principles and realistic sourcing cases, participants will identify material ESG issues, compare life-cycle options, evaluate supplier evidence and develop measurable tender and contract requirements.

The programme addresses Scope 3 emissions, circular procurement, responsible sourcing, supplier due diligence and evolving sustainability-reporting expectations in Singapore and internationally. Participants will also learn to distinguish credible evidence from unsupported sustainability claims.
