Sustainable Procurement

2-day programme · In person at SIPMM, Singapore

Executive Education

Translate sustainability commitments into practical procurement action

Organisations increasingly expect procurement to support environmental and social goals while continuing to deliver cost, quality, service and resilience. The challenge is to convert broad sustainability commitments into proportionate requirements that can be applied in everyday purchasing and supplier decisions.

This practical two-day workshop provides an accessible foundation in sustainable procurement, ESG integration and ISO 20400. Participants will identify priority impacts, compare green and sustainable procurement approaches, apply life-cycle thinking and integrate suitable requirements into sourcing and supplier management.

Through cases and guided exercises, participants will create a realistic implementation plan supported by clear responsibilities, supplier engagement and measurable performance indicators.
