Managing Procurement and Supply
A digital learning module that supports self-directed study through online learning and videos, helping learners strengthen their understanding of procurement and supply practices in a flexible format.
Research Project
A project module that guides learners to undertake a project on best practices in procurement and supply chain management, with regular class sessions for closer guidance during the study period.

The diploma can be completed within 6 months.
Weekday evening classes
Lecture timings for part-time classes are on weekdays from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
1 to 2 classes per week
The programme is intensive and requires learners to attend classes once or twice a week.
Blended learning mode
Students attend class lectures and also undertake self-directed learning through digital learning and online videos.
Examination and project assessment
Students sit for an examination upon completion of each knowledge module, while the Research Project is assessed through a major assignment, a minor assignment, and a short presentation.

This course is scheduled to commence in February, May, August, and November. Venue: Trade Association Hub (TA Hub).

Entry criteria
- At least 21 years old
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- English Language Proficiency of at least Grade C6 at GCE “O” level or equivalent
- Qualification not lower than a Diploma recognised by SIPMM
- Those who do not meet the qualification criterion but have the SIPMM Executive Certificate are eligible for admission
- All applications are subject to final approval by the Academic Board
Credentials that recognise both qualification and digital achievement
Learners who successfully complete all modules receive the diploma qualification, with an additional digital competency recognition opportunity for strong performance in the online module examination.
Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management (DPSM)
Students must pass all modules to complete the course successfully and to be awarded the Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management.
Digital Certificate of Competency
When a student receives a minimum score of 80% for the online module examination, the student will also receive a digital Certificate of Competency for the specific topic.
