Food, medical and pharmaceutical products must be held within controlled temperatures across the whole supply chain and distribution process, and doing so involves both technology and regulatory requirements. This programme covers cold chain classification and operations, digital warehousing for cold chain inventory and digital transportation for cold chain products, control systems for facilities and storage, cleanliness, pest control and security, and packaging standards and the repacking process.
