Supplier’s performance measurement should be performed periodically and recorded on a regular basis. At this stage, the efficiency of working with each supplier can be analysed. Areas of development are identified and try to get rid of the problems that faced. This approach can improve the overall performance of the supplier. The purpose of developing performance monitoring is to maintain an effective procurement process. The procurement process is flexible and can be easily modified into a changing market environment.
